Saturday
9:00am – grab the ultimate NYC breakfast- a bagel with lox, cream cheese, and capers. Check out Tompkins Square Bagels.
11:00am – Go to the Whitney Museum to view fabulous art work. I recently went to the Whitney for the Andy Warhol exhibit which ended in February 2019: however the Whitney always has other great artist’s work featured throughout the year.
1:30pm – Head to Naya’s for lunch. Naya’s has Lebanese food which is my absolute favorite type of food. Try their Baba Baba Ghannouj, Falafel, and Kafta Kebab.
3:00pm – Go make custom lipstick at Lip Laps by Bite and custom perfume that will be yours to keep at Olfactory NYC.
7:00pm – Dinner- head to Harlem to Red Rooster. My favorite dish is the Block Party Ribs’ dish! Enjoy and thank me later 😉

Sleep in!
12:30pm – Head to Beauty and Essex – when you walk in, it looks like you’re walking into a pawn shop but keep walking because you’ll enter a fabulous restaurant that won’t disappoint. The Champagne Brunch is a good time with delicious food and great music! My personal favorite is the Red Velvet Waffles.
2:00pm – Go to a Broadway play! Two highly recommended plays right now are To Kill A Mockingbird or American Son but there are so many other plays like Kinky Boots and Hamilton.
4:30pm – early dinner at Carmine’s in the Theatre district! I’ve loved Carmine’s for years. I even celebrated my grad school graduation from Fordham at Carmine’s 10 plus years ago. My personal favorite Carmine’s location is on 91st and Broadway but since you’ll be in the theatre district, that location works and the food is the same. My personal favorite is Chicken Scaloppine with Lemon and Butter. This is a family style restaurant so go prepared with your appetite.
6:00pm – Head home ! 🏡
